Below is a list of products we have had tested, you are able to take advantage of these products by applying to use them by downloading the forms below, complete the forms and return them back to us along with the registration fee and we will send you a copy of our certificate which will make your products compliant for PAS:24, there are stipulations, you have to make the products to the sections that are outlined in the documentation, you can however change the internal and external moulds if required from an ovolo to a lambs tongue or chamfer type this is not a problem and you can increase the section sizes if you so wish too but you cannot go any smaller than the sections we have had tested, you must also use our specified ironmongery, failure to do this will void the certification and the products will not comply with the regulations.
Take a moment to view the Part Q Scheme Overview video - we've made it easy for you to achieve Part Q Certification.>
Please download and read all the supporting information before submitting your application.
If you're interested in using our test data to manufacture windows and doors to meet Part Q , you will need to request a CAF form (Compliance Application Form). A separate CAF form for each product type you wish to produce will need to be submitted. To help, we have pre-filled forms available on the Part Q Document Centre online.
Once we receive your CAF form we will enter your data onto our central database and raise an invoice for the one off set up fee. The set up fee is £79 per product type for windows. Each product type has its own test number. This set-up fee will be payable in advance, and not able to be added to a credit account.
We will then issue you with a CTC form (Cascaded Test Certificate) for each product type you wish to make when you place your first order of hardware (minimum 5 full sets). We will post this to you along with glass stickers to help prove to the building inspector that your products are compliant. The certificates are valid for 2 years from point of issue, after this time we will review and re-issue.
Away you go! Just keep copies of the Coastal delivery notes or invoices as this is the traceable proof that you are using the components as set out in the Compliance Guide Manual. The product codes on all Coastal documentation is linked back to the official UKAS testing document so no product deviation is permitted.
