Who is your Business Development Manager (Timber Joinery Market)

4th December 2018

Customer service is always very high on the agenda here at Coastal and we’ve added to our team this year, so we can spend more time with you. We’re here to help you innovate and upgrade the style, performance & longevity of your external timber doors & windows.

From offering support, help and advice to introducing you to the latest innovative products, designed to help you create even better windows and doors, we wanted to let you know who is covering your region and how you can get in touch to set up meetings with them.

You can also check by postcode, who is the right Business Development Manager for you and where their territory boundaries are by referring to the map at the bottom of this blog.

Who is looking after your region?

North East England & Scotland - Steve Beeby

Having previously run his own joinery company Steve brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience, which he uses to great effect in supporting customers.

North West England & Wales – Charles Davies

Charlie’s love for timber, and his depth of product knowledge, help customers keep up-to-date with current security and weathersealing demands, whilst retaining the beauty of traditional classic joinery manufacturing.

South England – Russell Clear

Since starting his own architectural hardware business in 2003, Russell has been steadily building his technical knowledge in the industry to the benefit of customers. A bit of a multipoint lock guru on the quiet.

South West England – Joe Hunt

Joe’s clear understanding of the importance of customer satisfaction makes him a valuable asset to the team. With one of our Core Values being a ‘Solutions Provider’ Joe looks forward to helping provide joiners with the best solutions to enable the best results in their doors and windows for many years to come.

“Building supportive, positive relationships with our clients across the UK is really important to us and having a growing team of dedicated Business Development Managers covering the core regions is a vital part of that strategy. From helping with face to face technical queries to introducing the very latest innovative hardware solutions available to customers, it’s great to have such a knowledgeable and friendly team in place,”
