As the COVID-19 situation continues to change rapidly I wanted to take a moment to update you how we’re handling the situation here at Coastal. Our focus is two-fold:
- To protect our customers and our staff, following the government advice and guidelines, and
- To continue to provide you with an uninterrupted service.
I sympathise with the difficulties faced by all – since we started we’ve always been more than 'just a seller of hardware'. Our philosophy has always been to think beyond products, and focus on building long-term relations by helping our customers grow, delivering value and solutions.
Ordering and Stockholding
At present we are well stocked with all of our core items which you can continue to order between 9am-4pm by phone on 01726 871 025, or by email to [email protected] or 24/7 on our online store at www.coastal-group.com.

We will keep providing our delivery service to you until such times as guided otherwise.
Our carriers – Tuffnells - are still operating a next day delivery service on orders placed with us before 3pm.
Whilst we're keeping the business open to serve you, around 80% of our staff are working remotely from home. Any employees working from our premises are maintaining social distancing and regular hand sanitising.

Many customers have been contacting us over recent days to discuss development projects they are working on during this time they cannot actively sell. We're available as and when you need us - whether to discuss a new suite of hardware to enhance your door or window range, how we can help you with Part Q, request product images and info for a new website you may be working on or just to simply talk to someone.
