3+1 Bi-Fold Door KIT

3+1 door open-out bi-folding system.
This kit is the non-mortice version, if you require mortice then please contact the office.
Kits are based on a maximum door width of 1000mm Wide and up to 2200mm High.
Maximum door leaf weight of 100KG
Kits work with door thicknesses of between 35mm - 68mm.
Kits Include:
- 1 x 250 - 4000mm aluminium top track.
- 1 x PS13-6-BK Securefold 250 aluminium top track brush seal, 6 metres in black.
- 1 x T94P-4000-BK polypropylene top/bottom channel, 4000mm in black.
- 1 x T94SC-4000 aluminium top/bottom support channel, 4000mm in satin aluminium.
- 2 x SFWP1 Securefold non-mortice pivot kit, universal handing, 316 stainless steel.
- 1 x SF4 intermediate hanger/hinge/guide set, 316 stainless steel.
- 1 x SF7 outward opening offset hinge set with handle, 316 stainless steel.
- 2 x FB190 non-locking flush bolt, solid brass.
- 2 x FB190L locking flush bolt, solid brass.
Flushbolts have been added to the Kit, twin point locking is available upon request.
Weatherseal choice of three colours available (Not included in this Kit, please purchase separately).
The locking system is not included in this Kit, please purchase this separately. If you are unsure of what you need please contact the office.
