Solution 1: How can I speed up machining my single & double door sections?
PROBLEM:
Machining single and double door sections in multiple passes is a time-consuming process with increased chance of error.

After machining for the multipoint lock on the door using a spindle moulder, a gap at the top of the door edge is vulnerable to rain and moisture. This enters the euro groove and runs down behind the faceplate causing rusting of the gearbox.
