How to become a member

Becoming a member of the Coastal Loyalty Club is simple.


Spend a minimum of £25,000 within any rolling 12-month period.

  1. How do I know if I qualify for the Coastal Loyalty Club?
  2. You'll qualify if you've spent a minimum of £25,000 with Coastal Group within a rolling 12-month period and haved placed orders in at least 11 out of 12 months. If you meet these criteria, we'll notify you about your membership.

  3. When do I receive my quarterly gifts?
  4. Gifts are sent out at the end of each quarter. You'll receive an email notifying you when your gift is on its way.

  5. Can I customise my gifts?
  6. Some gifts, such as branded apparel, may offer customisation options like size and colour. If applicable, we'll contact you with details ahead of distribution.

  7. What happens if I don't meet the criteria for one quarter?
  8. Membership is reviewed on a monthly basis. If your spending or order frequency drops below the threshold, your membership will pause, but you can requalify to meet the criteria in the future.

  9. Can I transfer my membership to someone else in my company?
  10. Membership benefits are tied to your account with Coastal. While gifts and perks can be shared within your business, the membership itself is non-transferable.

  11. Do I need to apply for the loyalty club?
  12. No application is necessary. If you meet the qualifying criteria, you'll automatically be enrolled and notified.

  13. What type of gifts can I expect?
  14. Gifts vary each quarter but may include premium items such as branded water bottles, ruck sacks, wine gift boxes and exclusive apparel.

  15. Can I decline the gifts if I don't want them?
  16. While we hope you'll enjoy the curated gifts, you can opt out by contacting our customer service team.
