Delivery

Great Service and Fast Delivery are important to you and we continue to invest to provide you with an industry-beating service. Our new Distribution Centre has enabled us to increase our stockholding and is currently running at an average OTIF (On Time In Full) metric of 95%.

Almost every item shown on this website is held in stock for fast delivery. All stock item orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day and are usually delivered the next working day. If required, your delivery can be sent straight to site or an alternative location, e.g. to your client. Our carriage charges are as follows (but due to current volatility in the logistics market may be subject to change without notice):

  • Phone/Email orders within UK Mainland will be charged £8.95, free delivery over £250.
  • Web orders within UK Mainland will be charged £5.95, free delivery over £100.
  • Orders to Northern Ireland will be charged £25, free delivery over £350.
  • Orders to Channel Islands will be charged £35, free delivery over £500.
  • Orders to Scottish Offshore Islands will be charged £42, free delivery over £400.
  • Palletised orders are charged at cost.

Lead & Steel Weights and Special order items are exempt from the above and applicable carriage charges will be quoted at the time of order.
