Coastal’s marketing engine boosted for continued Customer support and growth

Coastal Group are pleased to announce the appointment of two new Marketing team members.

Tara Conner and Aaron Cox have recently joined the team as Digital Marketing Executive and Online Marketing Executive respectively.

Adding these two talented team members will open up new and exciting ways of doing just that”.

Sharing customer’s projects have played an important role in increasing both our social following and our customers. Remember to tag @coastal_group into your projects and into your posts on Instagram and we’ll push it out to our audience helping your brand reach much further.

There is increasing opportunity to showcase your projects to the Architect and Specifiers market through our customer Case Studies. Providing customers with marketing support is another key objective for Coastal’s marketing team. High-quality product images and detailed data cards can be shared with you to enhance the quality of your website and brochures. You can either email your image requests to marketing@coastal-group.com or download direct from the Resource Library on our website.

The Resource Library section on the website makes it each to search by SKU and find high-resolution product imagery for your marketing needs. All of Coastal’s Catalogues and Brochures are also available to view online under the Brochures Section where you can view our complete range of offerings.

To further enhance your online user experience, the marketing team will also be making continuous improvements to the website, making it as fast and simple as possible to navigate our website and find key product information.

Informative customer driven content such as ‘How To’ Guides, Specification Guides, Help Topics and Video Demonstrations are continuing to being regularly added to the Coastal website. Our content is driven around regularly requested customer topics such as highlighting key product benefits as well as insight for best practice and installation.

If you still have a question, our FAQ section of the website allows you to either find the answer already online or post an enquiry, where it will be answered by our product specialists.
