This spring-loaded floor keep is usually used instead of the rubber foot option, which is usually used in wooden or composite decking, but can be used in other materials. This keep allows the stay rod to protrude down inside to secure the doors in the open position.

Sprung-loaded floor keep for the Fortis Door Leaf Holder (DLH610) - sold separately. Locks the foot or extender rod in place to hold the door securely open, sitting flush to the floor when not in use. 

  • This spring-loaded floor keep is used instead of the rubber foot option.
  • Suitable for use in wooden or composite decking.
  • This keep allows the stay rod to protrude down inside to secure the door in the open position.
  • The keep is spring-loaded to stop water ingress when the doors are closed.
