1. Refer a friend- Simply tell a new business about Coastal Group and ask them to call to place their first order, mentioning that you referred them.

2. Your friend orders- Once your referred customer places their first order of £250 or more, they automatically receive 10% off.

3. You earn rewards- As a thank you, you’ll receive £50 credit once their order is complete. It’s that simple!

There’s no limit — refer multiple businesses and continue earning rewards.

Who Can Participate?


Customers who have spent over £2500 in the last 12 months.

Referrals must be new Coastal Group customers, or those who haven’t purchased in the past 12 months.

Refer a Friend Scheme Frequently Asked Questions


  1. Can I refer multiple friends?

    2. Yes! There’s no cap—more referrals mean more rewards for you.

  2. When do I receive my reward?

    3. £50 credit is applied to your account once your friend’s first order of £250+ is complete.

  3. Can my friend use the credit immediately?

    4. Yes, new customers receive 10% off their first order, which is applied immediately.

  4. Are there any restrictions?

    5. Referrals must be new trading accounts at unique business addresses. Self-referrals or duplicate accounts aren’t eligible. Customers spending between £2,500 and £50,000 are eligible to refer a friend.
